Establishing Sdema Group is the culmination of his life’s work in information, cyber and physical security, and mitigating various threats, in both government and private sectors.

Prior to the founding of Sdema Group, Dror held a career of over 20 years in the service of the State of Israel, working closely with six different Prime Ministers and administrations, in establishing and managing major security systems in Europe, Asia, South and Central America, Africa and the Middle East.

With professional experience spanning over 35 years in various international organizations and security agencies, Dror is a well-renowned specialist in physical, information, and cyber security, infrastructure and renewable energy facilities, supply chain security, business and operational continuity, and open source intelligence, among others.
