Dror Mor  is a founding partner and CEO of the Sdema Group. Under his direction, Sdema has emerged as a leader in threat-based security concept design and master planning and has put its experience and expertise to work for clients around the world.

Before founding Sdema, Dror served in the Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet) for more than 20 years and retired in 2005 as the Deputy Head of the Operations Unit and Head of the Foreign Bureau of the Dignity Protection Division. In this position, Dror managed all aspects of security for the Prime Minister’s Bureau and the President’s Residence, including security planning and implementation for Prime Ministerial visits outside the State of Israel and Israeli delegations abroad (Israeli Olympic Delegations to Athens in 2004 and to Seoul in 1988).

Dror developed and coordinated information exchanges between intelligence and V.I.P. protection services globally. In addition, he hosted professional training seminars for his colleagues stationed around the world.

During his service, Dror spent three years in New York as the Director of Security for the Israeli Mission to the United Nations and the Consulate General. There he managed security for five Israeli missions and coordinated security for all Ministerial visits to New York. He was also responsible for building, developing and maintaining working relationships and cooperation with U.S. federal authorities and local law enforcement agencies.

Dror holds a Master of Administration Science and Marketing from Farleigh Dickenson University and a Bachelor of Arts (political science) from Haifa University. He has also completed advanced training in the fields of command and management. Dror completed Directorship and Finance programs in the Israel Management Academy in 2005.

Dror served for four years in the Israeli Defense Forces in an elite combat unit and was promoted to the rank of platoon commander.
